Many companies are easily identified by their logo. Having a cool logo is important as many people don’t even notice the name of the business. McDonald’s is a great example of this as almost everyone, including those in Africa and Russia know the golden arches. They see the McDonald’s log and instantly know what it represents, inexpensive food that is affordable on current salaries at a good value and they know they will be getting quick service and good food for the price that they paid. Regardless of where they go, they can count on the consistency and quality. This is a good way to entrench yourself in the minds of millions. A good logo can make or break you and if you do not stick with the same one, you may just get lost in the shuffle. Another great example of a company that knows this is 7-11. Their large 7 logo is instantly identifiable by millions of Americans as a place to get a Slurpee or some gas. People play the lottery every week, often two times a week and spend too money hoping that they will win the big jackpot. Of course, the chances of them winning are very low and they are well aware of that fact, but turn to payday loans even after wasting it. The dream of a life that is free from worry about money and the ability to buy whatever they want when they want to do so. This is often very unrealistic, but someone does win almost every week.
