Important Information for New Applicants

If you recently submitted an application for a payday loan, don’t worry – we are reviewing it! We will contact you via email and/or telephone regarding your final application status, or to ask for additional information, when necessary.

Please do not email our offices regarding loan application status. Our processing department handles both incoming applications and emails, so emailing repeatedly prior to our response will only delay approval and funding.

Because we’ve answered so many frequently asked questions on the site, you might want to check out our FAQ section before sending us any questions via email. If you still have questions, just fill out our online contact form. We will be happy to assist you.
