My best friend has four kids. SHe works three jobs and barely makes enough money to buy food and pay the bills. what ever she does have left she spends on them for clothes and toys. I am a single mother so I know how it is to struggle to make ends meet. She has always been there for me and I would like to do the the same for her and her children.

If I had $300, I would buy a round trip plane ticket from Texas to Pennsylvania to vist my bestfriend. I would fly into the airport about 4 PM and the first place we would go is Red Lobster for dinner. It is both of our favorites. After that, we will go out dancing until 2 AM. At 2 AM, we will head to breakfast at the waffle house. After that, we will head back to her house to sleep. We will get up about 12:00, take showers, go shopping, try to catch a movie, and then dinner and dancing again. Although, we have yet to be able to dance Friday and Saturday nights in a row until 2 AM. We usually end up in bed sleeping on Saturday by 11:00 PM. It would be a quick trip and on Monday, I would have to fly back to reality again! It should will be nice to have a girls weekend together, without the kids! Please choose my story and you will be giving two weary mothers a HUGE break!
MY WIFE MICHELE IS MY BEST FRIEND, WE HAVE KNOWN ONE ANOTHER FOR 20 YEARS. WE HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDEREN TOGETHER AND SHE IS A HOMAKER. I WORK LONG HOURS AND I JUST MOVED US TO NEW JERSY FROM PENNSYLVANIA. IF I HAD AN EXTRA THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS I WOULD GIVE HER A WEEKNED GETAWAY TO SEE HER FAMILY AND ENJOY SOME ALONE TIME. I LOVE MY WIFE AND SOMETIMES WHEN YOU LOVE SOMEONE YOU TAKE OUT ALOT OF YOUR STRESS ON THAT PERSON. ALOT OF TIMES I WILL TAKE HER FOR GRANTED. SHE IS MY BEST FRIEND AND I WOULD GIVE HER THE WORLD IF I COULD. I HAVE A SMALL BOY JAKE JUNIOR WHO IS SICK AND IS IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION SO SHE HAS A BUSY SCHEDULE. I LOVE YOU MICHELE!
If I had $300 to buy something for my best friend, I would start her off with 10 months of paid donations to sponsor a less fortunate child through World Vision or Compassion International. A while ago when the economy was better, I began sponsoring 3 children on 3 different continents. While it now may be hard to make ends meet myself, my donations mean the world to these children; they keep them safe and healthy and I will not stop supporting them. I know that if my best friend could connect with a child like I have with all of mine; it would be the best gift I could give to her, and to another child in this world.
My husband of almost thirty five years, is my best friend..I would buy my best friend a bed liner for his pick up truck. He works extremely hard but it takes the major part of his income to just make ends meet. He bought the truck a little over two years ago, settling for a used vehicle rather than a new one... but just never seems to have enough money to purchase the bed liner, Something just keeps coming up and he puts others first. It would be great to put him first and buy this as a surprise. He is a great guy and deserves the gift.
