Although it seems that $300 isnt a whole lot to some people, it would mean a lot to my friend Trevor. He struggles on a day to day basis and makes a low income. He currently lives in a trailer and is looking to get a small apartment. Trevor has always been a person who has helped his friends with either troubles with their cars or even as simple as picking up something at the store. I would love to help him in assisting to pay a deposit for a place. I think that would drastically change his life and give him something to take pride in.
If I had extra money to give to my best friend, I would give him a private duty nurse that cares, such as myself, as opposed to being at Walter Reed hospital (post-war veteran). This would make his rehab much more tolerable.
What would I do for my best friend with $300.00, well she is a single mom has 4 teenage daughters and a grandbaby at home. She works 3 jobs and tries to give her family everything they need and sometimes some extra's. I would give her a break and pay a bill or two for her so she could take some time off to spend with her family. She works long and hard hours and she misses her family.
Thats what I would do for my best friend!
My best friend is my wife. We have been going though a marrige class at our church. Though this class I have found that I'm not the only one with needs. She has needs as well. We are a team trying to raise two children. So if I had some extra cash I would take my wife away for the weekend, just the two of us. It would be great to show her how much she means to me and how much that I love her. She is the greatest. She has always been there for me, it would be nice to take somewhere speicial.
Thank you,
John
My best friend lives in Georgia and I live in West Virginia. We don't talk near enough and definitely do not see each other enough. But when we do get in touch, we just slide back in to each others lives like we have been in touch everyday. Never missing a beat. We can tell each other anything and everything. We can share the happy, sad, mad or whatever, knowing that the other person shares those feelings and never have to worry of being judged by the other. Both of us have gone through similar circumstances in our personal life and we are both now divorced, each of us having one son that we are trying to raise on our own. Because of those circumstances, we never seem to have extra money to be able to visit each other like we would like. I would love to use the money to be able to do that. I would want to have the chance to get together and do the girl stuff we used to do and just be the friends that we are.We all need that one special friend, and Cystal is definitely that special person for me.
