If I had an extra $300.00, I would take my friend on a small shopping spree, get her hair, pedicure and nails done for her because hse is going through a personal situation and it would make her feel better. She is a very special friend and she has been down and I would like for her to try to feel a little bit better.
With extra money, I’d fly my best friend since the second grade and her husband to my wedding this summer! She's my matron of honor and only attendant. She and her husband are like family to me. Finances are extremely tight for them. They’ve been planning, saving and finally able to afford a trip as a married couple (it’s been five years) to his home country this spring for a month. She’s never been and he hasn't been back in 10 years! They've been planning for 3 years for this trip. I am so excited for them to be able to go. They’re using extra money for the trip for a honeymoon excursion and to help out his family too. I’m recently engaged and will be getting married two and a half months after they return. Traveling again so soon is extremely difficult to fit in their budget, as well as mine, to have them with me on my special day.
I have known my best friend for 27 years and I see her struggles. Even though we are both single parents and have our own struggles there is nothing in the world that I wouldn’t do for her.
If I had an extra $300 I wouldn’t buy her anything specific. I would get a really nice friendship card, place the money inside the card and give it to her. I would tell her to use the money for anything that she wanted to use it for because she deserves it.
I’m sure that it would be a hard choice for her to accept it but this would be my way of showing her how much I appreciate her as a dear friend to me.

If I had the extra money I would buy my brother-in-law and his wife a new baby bed. They have been together for 9 years and have been married for 5 years. They have tried so hard to get preganant. All they want is a baby. Ashley has had 3 surgerys and been on fertility drugs. They have tried everything to have a baby. My kids would go to see them and Ashley would just cry and get so upset because she wanted her oun so bad. Weh she went in for her last surgery in Dec she died twice and they had to bring her back. She was in ICU for almost 2 weeks. They finally gave up. They just lost hope,but about 2 weeks ago found out that she was 6 weeks along. The whole family is so excited for them. We have waited so long for this moment. Nobody has wanted it more, or deserves to be parents more than they do. They will make wonderful parents and I would love to be able to do something for them. This is what I would spend the extra money on.
My best friend is Tammy Payton. I've watched her struggle since we became friends a year ago. If I could buy Tammy anything with $300, I would start with a day at a spa. It's time for her to be pampered for a while. Then new clothes. She always talks about wanting more fashionable clothes. Tammy has overcome her weight issues and deserves to be rewarded for all her hard work. Any money left over would go to her to have fun with. Tammy deserves every break in life she can get, just for being the beautiful, struggling hardworking person she is.
