My best friend has been diagnosed with a rare liver disease and some days she doesn't feel well. She and her husband have three children at home. I would buy her medication so she would be pain free at least one so that she wil be able to come her little girls hair without pain.

If I had the money I would buy my best friend time off. My friend's husband killed in the war, now left a widow with three young children. I would contract cleaning or nanny service for what ever time this would buy so my friend would be able to have time to breath, greive and spend a little more time with the children. She does not live near family or friends. Only one child is of school age. There is no time left for my friend to stop even if just for a cup of tea. That's what I would buy my best friend.
My best friend is also my 1st cousin. Her father was an alcoholic as well as her husband of 20 years. Both of her parents passed away in the last 6 years. She is newly divorced with two children, extremely high blood pressure and no help from her ex husband. Her daughter is having severe emotional problems due to the break up of her parents. The school system is making my cousin take her to a doctor for RDHD. Her car has been on it's last leg for the past three years now. The car needs a lot of work to make it a safe vehicle for her and the children to ride in. I would use the $300 to help her fix her car and pay some of her medical bills. She has no help with the exception of me when I can. I am a Gulf War Veteran with my own health problems. My husband is bipolar and has trouble maintaining a constant job.
What would I buy my bestest frien in the whole wide world because that is what we called each other. If I could I would have bought Wilhelmina or at least contributed to buying her a prosethic breast implant. When I can I tell averyone about what a wonderful and brave woman she was in her fight with breast cancer. She was the most unselfish person I've ever known, what she wanted most to look like she has 2 breast. Unfortunately Wilhelmina lost her fight with breast cancer, but thru the donation of some very wonderful woman, she was buried with her prosethic breast. I just love to telll anyone about my bestest friend in the whole wide world. Thank You for listening
If I had an extra $300, I would buy my best friend an airplane ticket so that she could visit me in Houston. She could really use a break from the harsh winter in Chicago. She could also use a break form her abnormally stressful life. She has gone through so many negative, stressful situations over the course of the last six months. One of which is the ongoing child support case in which she is involved. A little rest & relaxation would do her a world of good. I could give her the opportunity for a little fun, if only for a short time. In addition, it would be great for her to get away from her problems for a little while. I know a trip wouldn’t solve her problems, but I think it would clear her head so that she can focus on finalizing her problems and getting on with her life.
