If i had $300, I would take my new boyfriend on a romantic weekend. I would get a room at the best hotel in the city. I would purchase a gift for him, for he deserves the best. I would order a special meal just for him and serve it to him in my sexiest outfit. He is a wonderful person with the best outlook on life. He demands loyalty and has looked to us as a team from the first day I met him. He knows my needs and gives me gifts daily, cause he says that if i am happy he is happy. He is the greatest gift God has given me. I love him and I know I will spend the rest of my life with him. There are no secrets and I can talk to him about anything. That is what I would do for my best friend, Tim, if i had $300.
My best friend is my husband. Two years ago he suffered a TBI. For anyone who does not know what that is it is Traumatic Brain Injury. He fell from a scoffold and sustained a head injury while working. He was in a coma for 10 days and up awakening, he had to totally learn how to live again. He had to learn to walk and talk, and eat with a spoon, he basically started all over. He has worked very hard and still battles the repercussions of this injury. The one thing he still loves to do is go to the racetrack and watch the racehorses run. If I had 400.00 I would treat him to a day at the track, live, so he could hear and feel the horses run live instead of on TV.
I would take my best friend to the spa and get the works. She is a mother of 2 young girls, and takes very little time for herseld. I'd have her get her hair cut and colored. I would get her a mani/pedi and a full massage. Lastly I would make sure that she had day care for the weekend so her and her husband could enjoy some time alone together.
My best friend is my Aunt Marlene. If I were to win $300.00 I would buy her the medication she needs. Marlene has been suffering from acid reflux which is causing her extreme pain. Marlene works as a waitress and has no insurance. The money she does make just barely pays the bills. I have bought her some over the counter medicine to try and help but she really needs her perscriptions in order to relieve the pain and help with the problem. The medication is very expensive and I am in no way able to pay for it at this time. If I were to win the extra $300 I would be able to get her perscription for a least two months. I know that is not a long time but it would help and anything is better than nothing.
Funny as it may sound but my three children are my best friends. Through all the hard times and mistakes i have made, they have stayed focused. With school, their grades and life. they have kept me strong and focused also. Without them, i would have lost my focus. And for that, i would spoil them. Treat them to a day of pure fun. An all you can eat buffet, they love those, the movies, arcade, out to eat and buy each one of them something special. We will end our day, tired but of course very happy, with a treat and a movie at home.
