Well, since the majority of us folks who need a payday loan, could probably also use the advice of people who actually know how to budget, then you could probably create some kind of online forum where either real people who used to be in a bind, but have learned simple budgeting skills and have gotten on track, can share their experiences, or you could even invite some kind of budgeting professional maybe once a month or so, who could hold a brief Q&A session with us "not so savvy with money" people :-). And hey, why stop there? MOost of us who need payday loans, PROBABLY couldn't save up enough to own a house, so maybe either post home buying tips for low incomers, or again, have a forum or a Q&A session with a lender who has good tips. And you could send out e'mail invitations to all your past customers, inviting them to this "Very important seminar/symposium/talk", or whatever you wanna call it.
And hey, while you're at it, why not do something, like for every fifth time one particular person uses National PayDay's services, then you can promise to put say, $50 towards a scholarship fund....and when the scholarship fund builds to, say....$5,000, then hold a contest for some lucky parent to win the money and help put their child thru college.
Or....well, I'm full of ideas, but I think I'll stop there :-)

I think overall this is a very good and informative website. I think one thing that would add to the website's ease would be for there to be a real time chat selection where an applicant or current customer could chat online with a representative. I know your company is accessible by phone and email but if you work in a small office like mine its not easy to make a phone call without everybody hearing your personal business. Also this function would be quicker than simply sending an email and waiting for a response, although this site is good about quickly tending to such matters.
My suggestion is in regards to the FAQs section. I think that all of the questions should be listed first, at the top of the page. This would allow anyone seeking the answer to a particular question to click on it at the top of the page and be immediately taken to the corresponding answer below. This would save time compared to scrolling through all of the questions and answers, just to find the one question you are looking for.

I think what your webiste needs is some color, too dark and gloomy as it is now. You need something eye chatching and memorable. Something bright and cheery and very inviting. You want to make it pleaseing to the eye and comforting. Just my two cents worth, other than that your page is great.

For the most part, the website is very user friendly. I really can't complain about anything. I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the services that your company provide to help out people like me when unforseen bills and emergencies turn up, or just when we need extra money. the only thing I think that could help improve the website is the payment section. It has a field box for a check number,but for me I do have a checking account but i don't have a checkbook with checks, all I have is a debit/Visa card. Just being able to pay without entering a check number for those of us who don't use checks would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the Great service that you provide. I think the National Payday website looks too sterile - the two tone gray just doesn't cut it! The site should be full of bright colors and pictures of smiling people - because when National helps you out of a tight spot - you can't help but smile! Also, a tab to check the status of your loan and past payment information without having to click on the "Pay on a current loan" tab would be cool, as would a link specifically for customer testimonials, so everyone could share how National has helped them out.
