I guess it would help if the website has a live operator online assistance to better assist people who needs immediate response about loan applications or just general inquiries. Some websites normally take a while to respond right away so it would be great to have a 24 hour live assistance available for off hours too. I have inquired a lot from different payday loan companies and the reason why i did not end up applying for a couple of them was because it took them a while to respond to me when i needed an answer right away. I think it would also be better if you have your contact info available on the website homepage when people look at it since a lot of people look for secured payday loan companies nowadays and sometimes you get second thoughts about the company if they don't provide their contact info due to the reason that a lot of scams have been happening lately. And also, testimonials help a lot when people read it when they inquire provided that you post the ones with their convincing stories. Lastly, it would also help if you provide applicants with a quick questionnaire which would enable both you and them if application would qualify for a loan. Basic questions like,if they qualify for a certain salary rate, if they have direct deposit and employed. This would be better than having them fill out a lot of questions then find out that they are not qualified. Having all the experiences and disappointments finding a good payaday loan company, i guess this is the best recommendation i can give.
You need to change how you log into your account. Having to put in the entire social security number poses a great risk for identity theft. Either go with just the last four numbers or use email address or a phone number for log in purposes.
I've gone to DeVry and learn how to change websites, I've even got an Myspace account, but if your asking us to give you ideas how to change yours that a little weird. However since this is a contest I would probably less gray. Maybe put the testimonials on the top of the page, with the tabs put them on the side, with the log in have us not use our ssn as it maybe our email instead. Make you log go across the page. Along with the Free loan part the first thing you see. Like I said those are ideas to improve, but your IT department should be the ones that would probably make the final decision.
It would help if you had an online CSR who could chat with applicants about questions they may have about thier bill, applying for a loan, etc.

Well, since the majority of us folks who need a payday loan, could probably also use the advice of people who actually know how to budget, then you could probably create some kind of online forum where either real people who used to be in a bind, but have learned simple budgeting skills and have gotten on track, can share their experiences, or you could even invite some kind of budgeting professional maybe once a month or so, who could hold a brief Q&A session with us "not so savvy with money" people :-). And hey, why stop there? MOost of us who need payday loans, PROBABLY couldn't save up enough to own a house, so maybe either post home buying tips for low incomers, or again, have a forum or a Q&A session with a lender who has good tips. And you could send out e'mail invitations to all your past customers, inviting them to this "Very important seminar/symposium/talk", or whatever you wanna call it.
And hey, while you're at it, why not do something, like for every fifth time one particular person uses National PayDay's services, then you can promise to put say, $50 towards a scholarship fund....and when the scholarship fund builds to, say....$5,000, then hold a contest for some lucky parent to win the money and help put their child thru college.
Or....well, I'm full of ideas, but I think I'll stop there :-)
