Your website, in my opinion, can be improved in two ways. First of all, your website seems to have misleading information. It states "free loan up to $600". I needed approximately $600 until payday, but when I started to apply, the maximum offer on your drop-down list was only $300. At that point, I considered your website a hoax and logged off. After more thought, I thought I would go ahead and apply for the $300, and to my surprise, the online process went fairly well.
The second way you could improve your website is to inform potential applicants, especially first-time applicants, of exactly what to expect. I was not happy with all of the e-mails and phone calls I received the next day, and with your protocol that you had to speak with me in person to finalize the transaction. If I had known about this process, I would have prepared myself to be available the next day to respond to your requests.
I have been on your website many times and I have found it to be very useful and helpful. If I had to change it or improve it I would allow customers to use yahoo or hotmail email accounts. Most people can only use their work email addresses for work purposes so it is hard to give an alternate email address. If need be a customer can create a gmail account or another account but sometime that can be time consuming. Other than that I believe the website is fine it is great way to pay off your loan and the FAQ's are good they answered a lot of my questions.
The site is very user friendly, however you need to capture the eye, spice up the color (get rid of the gray background) and show more than one testimonial. No one wants to spend time going from page to page. I also think you should have a log-on underneath applying for loan for returning customers. Also show your customers you value them by having the security symbol down in the lower right hand corner.
There are three ways you can improve your website. First national payday should offer smaller amounts so it can be benifical for all customers. Sometimes fifty dollars will do just enough to carry you until your next payday and it will help on paying back the interest. The second way to improve, is to lower the interest rates because somtimes the interest amount take away from the joyful moment of paying that debt. When times have gotten hard national payday have saved the day and took all that aggravation and anxiety away but the interest hurts. The third way of improvement is setting up a pay plan with the customer, so this will put us at ease because once they pay the three or four pay plan the loan will be paid and this is a great way to put us at ease when we borrow money, because being grateful to someone who saved the day is a customer goal, so a easy pay plan will make the customer feel appreciated.
I think your site is pretty great just the way it is actually. The only thing that I wish possible, is to have the option to increase the
amount of my current loan.
For instance, let's say I took out a $300.00 advance. And then over a one month period, I paid my balance down to $100.00.
Suddenly, I need an additional $100.00 advanced again.
I would like to be able to pay the interest due on my balance at that time ($25.00), but then have the additional $100.00 deposited
the next day.
My loan balance would then be $200.00 again, with a payment due of at least $50.00 on my next due date.
Many unexpected things have happened in my life, and I just wish the flexibility was there sometime. Maybe next time it will be if you
like my idea. That'd be great.
I think there are others out there who would take advantage of this option also if it were given.
Have a great day!
