One of the things that I would like to see is a way to actually contact a live person. I was the victim of fraudulent transactions with my bank account and needed to make someone at National aware of the situation. I was able to send a comment to someone using the online form, but an interactive chat with a representative or a phone number availabile to current customers would be helpful.
I think the website could be improved by a live customer service representative for individuals who do not want to read and needs help. The
website could also use a contact number so individuals can call if they need immediate assistance, and do not have to wait 24 hours for someone to e-mail them back.Also the website can use a loan calculator before individuals apply so they can calculate how much their loan will be before they receive the loan. That way if the individual do not want the loan then they can cancel the application before they go through the whole process of applying for a loan instead of waiting to be contacted by a representative when finished, also so the individual can know the amount that they are eligible to borrow from their pay.
You could improve your website by letting it automatically readjust your paydates when applying for a new loan. When I log on to reapply I have to go back in and redo my paydates since the old ones are on there from my prior loan. It would be alot quicker and convenient for your customers to just have to hit reapply and already have all of the info in there. It would also be benficial to you by having the information already stored in your data base. That way if there was a problem you would know without a doubt when the correct paydate was. Other than that I think your service is great. You have helped me out greatly when I was in a pinch for cash!
